Our professional Train the Trainer certification courses allow our clients to learn how to teach OHSA based courses directly to their employees. When individuals or groups of employees need workplace safety training, these train the trainer programs can be more cost effective than hiring outside training companies. We will train you to be an effective safety trainer for your company.
In Ontario, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
Reg. 851 Industrial Establishments, s. 51[2]), mandates that all
powered industrial equipment operators to be trained and
evaluated on the equipment they are required to operate. This
training must be delivered by a qualified person that has the
knowledge, training, and experience to perform the work at hand.
Our Train the Trainer programs can assist by qualifying you or
others to deliver training for all of your powered industrial
equipment operators in-house and be compliant with OHSA.
Our programs are a cost effective method of ensuring that your operators receive training and evaluation that meets or exceeds all applicable government regulations and referenced industry standards.
When your company qualifies someone as a certified trainer
through one of our programs, your company can realize lower
operating costs due to less equipment related incidents as well as the security of being in full regulatory compliance. Your

If you attend this program, you will learn how to:
Deliver classroom theory;
Deliver practical hands-on training;
Conduct evaluations on the equipment; and,
Complete the required documentation.

Train the Trainer Courses below:
Theory Courses: $2,120 + HST for each session below (Maximum 4 participants)
Equipment Courses: $3,590 + HST for each session below (Maximum 4 participants)
Class Duration: 1 to 3 days depending on the course and class size
Class Sizes: Maximum 4 participants per session
Course: Upon successful course completion, each participant will be required to present both the theory and practical (if required) course components for final assessment and approval by our instructor. Each successful participant will receive a certificate of completion for their train the trainer session.
Training Location: All training is done onsite at client location
Course Expiration: Its recommended that you renew your train the trainer certification every 36 months to ensure your course content and practical skills are up to date.
